SMS Program Terms and Conditions

These SMS Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the text messaging program operated by Northland Drying (“Northland Drying,” “we,” “us”). By providing a mobile number for operational SMS or by opting in via keyword, you agree to these Terms and to our SMS Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Northland Drying’s SMS program provides operational and transactional messages related to pet food ingredient manufacturing, co-manufacturing, shipping, logistics, scheduling, and related business communications. Full program details are at https://sms.northlanddrying.com/.

2. Eligibility and consent

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are authorized to consent to SMS on that number. You consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Northland Drying at the number provided for the purposes described in the program description.

Consent is not a condition of purchase of goods or services from Northland Drying.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Active operational contacts may receive multiple messages per day when production or logistics activity is ongoing. Frequency is typically lower when no active work is underway.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You are responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. Northland Drying does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program itself.

5. Supported carriers and delivery

Service is available on major U.S. carriers subject to carrier support for A2P 10DLC messaging. Delivery is subject to your carrier network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to the number from which you received messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation. To re-subscribe where supported, text START, YES, or UNSTOP, or contact us.

8. Privacy

Our handling of mobile numbers and messaging data is described in the SMS Privacy Policy, including that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes and that we do not sell personal information.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the messaging channel to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, or to attempt to disrupt our systems or messaging provider.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at https://sms.northlanddrying.com/terms with a new effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law (including TCPA and carrier rules) applies.
