1. Who we are

Northland Drying is a pet food ingredient manufacturer and co-manufacturer based in Arlington, Minnesota. We dry, source, pack, and ship ingredients for the pet food industry. We operate a rail-served facility and work with formulators and procurement teams on specification, drying, and logistics.

2. Program description

This SMS program sends operational and transactional text messages related to Northland Drying’s manufacturing and logistics business. Message types include:

• Production, shipping, and logistics status updates
• Schedule changes, appointment and pickup/delivery confirmations
• Operational alerts relevant to an active business relationship
• Account or service notices related to plant operations, orders, or shipments

This program is not used for unsolicited consumer marketing. We do not send promotional blast marketing to people who have not opted in to this program.

3. Who receives messages

Recipients are employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and other business contacts who have an active relationship with Northland Drying and have provided a mobile number for operational communications.

4. How you opt in (consent)

You opt in by one or more of the following:

1. Providing your mobile number during employment or contractor onboarding and agreeing to receive operational SMS;
2. Providing your mobile number as a customer, supplier, or logistics contact for shipment and scheduling notices;
3. Requesting SMS updates in writing or electronically as part of an active commercial relationship;
4. Where offered, texting an opt-in keyword such as START or YES to (763) 373-9431.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Northland Drying.

5. How you opt out

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages from this number unless you opt in again (for example by replying START). Message frequency varies by role and operational activity. Active production or logistics contacts may receive multiple messages per day when jobs or shipments are in progress. Others typically receive messages only when an event affects them. Typical range for active contacts: about 1–10 messages per day during busy periods; often fewer.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan with your carrier. Northland Drying is not responsible for carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
